(hereinafter "Yonwoo"; website: http://www.yonwookorea.com) establishes this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to safeguard users' personal information and rights and to handle any related grievances smoothly. If the Company revises this Privacy Policy, it will announce the changes on the website (or via individual notice). This Policy has been in effect since September 1, 2013.

Yonwoo processes personal information for the purposes listed below. It will not use the information for any purpose other than those stated, and if the purpose changes, it will obtain prior consent.

4. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, Form No. 11 (power of attorney) of the Enforcement Rules must be submitted.

Yonwoo destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved.

1. Destruction procedure
Information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database (or, for paper, to a separate file) after the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period under internal policies and related laws, then destroyed. Information moved to the DB will not be used for other purposes unless required by law.

2. Destruction deadline
   - Within five (5) days after the retention period expires, or
   - Within five (5) days after the information becomes unnecessary due to fulfillment of purpose, service termination, or business closure.

3. Destruction method
Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that render restoration impossible.
